My business was approved for a term loan and a line of credit,after supplied requested information i received a email notice a denial on term loan,sent a email to contact me,a day later i had a call that i missed from a employee named Max,i returned his call and we spoke about they are in need to just verify bank information then we proceeded to make a three way call to my business credit union and a conversation was had and Max was satisfied on information recieved and at this point i had already docusigned contract and recieved funds from the term loan and still waiting on line of credit docusign,a day later the funds were removed back out of my business checking account without any notice,i called company and left a message for Max and i didnt recieve a call back and this was thursday 09/15,i call monday morning 09/19 after i had missed a call from there service department as they called it and spoke to the team leader as he called himself and had a real hard time speaking clearly at all when asked what and why this happed and David could only state that there was a problem with bank verifying information and when i asked how is this possible when i was on the phone with max when credit union was called he couldn't come up with a answer and studderd many times and said that account is just closed and nothing can be done and when i asked who can i speak to who is your boss and all he would offer was it the underwriter dept and would give me any more info or number to call i am extremely displeased how this could possibly take place
