Exceptionally good service is rare: even more rare, is a 5-star review coming from me. These guys aced every aspect, and I'd award them 10-stars if allowed. I am a resident in a very large community, hundreds of homes & acres, & probably nearly 1,000 trees. Arbor Tech showed up from out of state, early the 1st morning with 4 crews, brand new trucks & equipment, & a ton of energy & expertise. I've never seen such a skilled operation. Tree cutting is very dangerous work, with power & utility lines, extreme heights, with many of our trees over 100 feet tall, we had active streets & traffic, children summertime playing, & densely situated properties. I was delighted to see their enthusiasm, their keen awareness of their surroundings, the efficiency & safety every crew member demonstrated, & I was really impressed with how hard every member of AT's operation worked, from the owner himself getting down & dirty, the respect his workers had for his impressive leadership by example, & the motivation and teamwork displayed by every member of his crew. We had some homeowners who tried to alter outcomes, but Arbor Tech was super-squared away, going strictly by the contract & maps - not once were they foolishly misled by residents who tried to change the marked trees. Really outstanding! By the end of day 1, they were ahead of schedule. Owners of the Park were so confident and pleased with their work, that a bunch of add-ons were added to the contract. Arbor Tech graciously performed miracles getting a massive job done, finished more than a day early, had no incidents & exceeded the highest expectations. Their climbing & cutting, to stump grinding, to hauling the debris away & cleaning up our properties was really impressive, awe-inspiring. Arbor Tech provided awesome & outstanding customer service & contract performance.
