My mother-in-law was a resident at this facility from 11/28/2017 until 8/27/2022. After receiving a letter stating she would have to pay a special assessment beginning in September, we made the decision to move her to a new facility. Unfortunately, prior to the decision to move her, we had already paid the September bill in full. I reached out (emailed **************, executive director) on 8/29/22 to request a refund for services that she would not be using for the remainder of August and all of September. It has been over 5 weeks and this issue has still not been resolved. In fact, I have been unable to get an answer from ************** other than for him to say he's looking into it, tells me he's going to get back to me on a certain day, and then neglects to follow through. I have attached a pdf of the dates and interactions between **************, his staff, and myself. We are requesting a refund of $6843.
