    Our child had surgery in March 2023. We received a bill from this NAPA anesthesiologist a few months later in the summer for nearly $2500. I immediately called The Accolade Specialist handling the bill using the phone numbers listed: 844-XXX-0469 and 833-XXX-0575 and 844-XXX-4606. There is no one that answers the phone direct and they call us back hours later. No web site to verify claim status and no chat service and their invoices have no detailed medical information. Invoice looks like a fraud bill. No way to add the insurance information to the service. After leaving a call back number, they finally called me back and put me on hold for 90 minutes and then told me to just pay it direct and not use insurance. I told them I am not going to pay this out of pocket because insurance covers it and frankly all they have to do to get their money is file a claim and stop sending me their bills. They did take the insurance information. Bills continued every 3 weeks and I called them about claim status each time I received a bill. Called them more than 10 times from April to December 2023 and usually no one answered the phone and they have to call back and we gave them the insurance information each time. The provider did not file a claim by October 2023 so I filed a claim with our insurance provider, Anthem BCBS. My insurance rejected the claim 6 weeks later because they said the company needs to file the claim directly and provide more information. I called NAPA again a month ago and they told me they would file a claim with Anthem BCBS and I should ignore future bills. Well I got another bill which I ignored because they told me to and no indication that the claim was paid. Then today I get another bill, Dec 27, 2023 and I chatted with our insurance. Anthem BCBS said **** NEVER filed the claim and they couldn't reach anyone there either. This company has no-one to process your medical claim. I expect to go to court to force them to process the claim.
