      The fraud activity began july 20th 2023,someone hacked into my checking account,ending in 1999 I've been robbed 3 times digitally and some how these hackers found a way to produce a debit card and take money out cash...Brinks money card has failed with every customer service representative I've talked to about this serious situation and makes me believe that there is collusion involved with my account and the money I've been saving to be around over 7 thousand dollars,the incompetency and failed leadership has created unnecessary, mental and emotional,psychological issues also Affecting job performance and home life.

      To whom it may concern,Hello my name is ***************************. I dont know if this worker was on break, or if she was actively working. One of your employees at the location in ********, ** has threatened me and my boyfriend. She was in a brinks uniform with a vest that said brinks. She was about 52 or 53. On her badge, that she was trying to hide, it said *****************************. I accidentally bumped into her and she started trying to fight me and yelling. I decided to get into the car since she was very clearly armed. My boyfriend tried to diffuse the situation, but she was still very upset. She said I disrespected her and proceeded to get in my face and asked me whatchu gonna do. I was obviously frightened since she was armed. My boyfriend tried his best to defend me but she continued yelling. This happened a couple of days ago. I attached a video below of the things she was saying to us. Although I was scared to point the camera directly at her since, once again, she was armed I would still like for you guys to look into this. I emailed this information to them and also called I still have not received a response.

      Since 2009 I have been storing my precious metals with Brinks Global storage at their vault in ** (Springfield Gardens) and have paid my storage fees every year. In Jan, 2023 I sent an e-mail to ************************************************ Services/PM Vault **************) asking him to please verify the description of a precious item I had stored there. Account # ******. His reply was " We will review our account and get back to you" I never heard from him again. I started to get a little suspicious. I then sent an e-mail to ***************************** , Vault Manager inquiring about shipping my precious metals to me in Ca. I was getting concerned about what was going on. I said give me an estimate of shipping costs and I was thinking of closing my account.. He replied promptly saying , 'We ship with *** and I will send you something tomorrow" I never got that reply. I called him on the phone and he said that they had the request and were having to do some vague explanation in filling it. I never heard from him again.I tried to check on my account by e-mail but it came up as not deliverable so I think they blocked it. I am getting the impression that I am persona non ******. I called ***********************, ************ about my complaint, that she would send it up the line and I should call ************ but they never pick up.I personally mailed a letter to *************************** at the vault about what was going on and did not get a reply.I really think there is some sort of cover up going on and I don't know if I have my property there or has it been stolen or misplaced. My request was simple, give me an estimate to ship, I will OK it, ship it to me and I will close my account. I thought Brinks was a class operation but now I don't know. I never signed a contract with these guys. Just want my metals delivered.

      I received a letter about and opened Brinks account that I have never applied for. When I called the company to get answers they were still trying to get me to activate a card they sent which again I never applied for. When I asked for a supervisor they hung up on me. Then I called back and "no supervisor was available" and no further assistance was provided. It made me feel really vulnerable and uncomfortable to know my information was used for this fraudulent account.

      The customer received one of our promotional card offers in the mail. For your knowledge, we didnt open an account for them, we only have access to their name and address, no other sensitive information, obtained from a third-party mailing list. Most times when we tell them we didnt open an account for them, theres no money on the card, and we dont have access to any personal information, that eases their concerns.

      Brinks is a vendor of ************************** for which I am the Accounting Manager and we have them pick up deposits at our location in *******, **. We have been trying to resolve an issue regarding excess charges that we have been charged, asking them to explain the charges and work towards a resolution with them and they have been non-responsive. We have been working on this issue and reaching out in good faith since February 2022 and there has been no resolution or even an attempt at a resolution with our company. They also have stopped picking up our deposits at the location in question.

      Brinks is a vendor of St **** ****** *** for which I am the Corporate Controller. Brinks provides armored car services to several of our retail locations across *****************. Starting on November 1st through December 29th, all deposits that Brinks picked up from our ********* and ************* locations have gone missing (29 deposits totalling $50k). We have reached out to Brinks more than 10 times since them asking for status of our deposits, where they are, copies of the drop off manifests, etc with no response. Our Brinks rep, his VP and the Regional VP are all aware of the issue and continue to indicate they are working on it, yet no status as to where are money is has been provided. It has been 8 weeks. By now they should have determined where the funds went but their lack of responsiveness with an answer leads up to believe that the funds were stolen and they are not being transparent with **.

      ********  $*******  ******** $*****  My account with them is specifically for emergency purposes only. I'm from Louisiana and every year since hurricane Katrina I take some of my income tax money and put it aside before I do anything else.  That is not something that is optional for me  b/c I'm a single mother of 4 and they depend only on me. I rarely ever use My account until hurricane season and didn't feel the need to check it. I take blame for that because a while back I had an issue with brinks before but they were so understanding and released my provisional credit Early because of the circumstances.  That's what they should do when they allowed someone who was not authorized to access And leave you with nothing. Unlike last time this was life or death because 2 of my children have covid and they are asthmatic so they need breathing treatments. I was  Already a wreck  Because they were sick now I was facing eviction because of brinks. I didn't have anywhere else to go and my kids need to plug their machines up.  That humiliated me even when I begged them for 2 weeks to release that credit. Continued to  Say they don't do that Even after they saw that it been done before. Refused to let me speak to someone of higher authority. The day before the 18th I called and the agent specifically told me I would be getting my provisional credit the next date however when that day came that they came they emailed me and said they denied it and now I am homeless. They have ruined my life and I would never ever be the same. My family is forever scarred. I am separated from my kids now because they are still sick and I don't want them bouncing around from place to place. They will never understand what they did to me because me and my children Just got this home 3 months ago. We spent 2 years Running from their father who abused it will be useful.. It was hell to get out of it. After 16 years we had finally found peace and Brinks ripped it away. Cruel and evil world
