I have tried 3 times to get Koontz Paint and Bodyworks to fix these parts on my truck: the right taillight that was taken off to paint the truck, the right door handle and the right mirror. When I took my truck to them, the three parts mentioned were working properly. My insurance paid them $9,254.18. I left my truck at Koontz Paint and Bodyworks on June 30, 2022, and the next time I saw my truck was on August 3, 2022. The parts were off the truck. The next time I saw my truck was on September 1, 2022, and there was white dust covering the entire insides of the truck, also there was a mildew odor. The passenger door doesn't latch properly, and you have to slam it several times to close it. Sometimes the door will unlatch while I'm driving, which is an apparent safety hazard.

My vehicle was involved in an accident in 2019. I took it to Koontz Body Shop for repair. Once repair was finished, I noticed multiple issues with the repair that was done. I contacted the body shop and let them know the issues with the repair. There was problems with electrical, the hood alignment was crooked, the front end with all so crooked. When I called and let them know about it it seemed like they was booked out months in advance. Every time I call it seems like they was booked up months or weeks out. This went on for about a year-and-a-half to two years. I finally was able to get it in earlier this week. The owner acknowledged issues with my vehicle. I was told but they was going to fix my vehicle correctly. And I apologize for the poor workmanship. They put me in a rental car until the damage that they caused was fix. After two or three hours they called me and said that the repairs was fix. When I came to look and pick up the car it seems that the mechanic have caused more damage to the body of the vehicle instead of fixing it. We went back and forth about his poor workmanship. He said he would fix it again. Now it's New Year's Eve I went and took a look at the vehicle and it seems that the vehicle is in horrible condition then what I brought it in for. My vehicle have the gap on both side of the hood and in front of the hood connecting to the front end bumper all around the front part of the car there's a gap and you can see clearly inside side of the engine. It also look like they tried to adjust the end and cause other gaps on the side of the door passenger side and driver side. It seems that the hood assembly and the front end it's too small for my vehicle. I believe they ordered the wrong Hood assembly and front bumper and try to make do with what they had instead of fixing the issue. I have attached pictures for your reference. It seems to get my car fixed correctly I will have to seek legal representation to get this handled properly.

Spoke with ***** he stated that they made multiple attempts to resolve the issue with the vehicle to no avail. Each time the vehicle was brought in the consumer was placed in a rental at no cost to them. The consumer reached out to their insurance company and stated they wont be bringing the vehicle back to us and the vehicle is currently at another repair facility. There is nothing further we are able to do.
