      This business over promised and under delivered. They had my car for 5 months. They have a lifetime guarantee on their work. When you complain about their work or point out that this is not acceptable work they blame you. All I wanted was that my car be repaired and painted properly and look like it did before it was hit. They could not deliver on this. Now my insurance isn't covering the cost of another shop fixing all of their problems.

      ****************** car was towed in on a weekend and we were unaware where the car came from until a week later. We did a lot of bending over backwards to get the car back to pre wrecked condition. We were informed of all the aftermarket parts he wanted on the car but we had to go by the estimate the insurance company wrote . Then ************** stated he would pay out of pocket for the extra parts if insurance wouldn't .As for the paint issues ************** NEVER said anything about the paint work and what he did say he was unhappy about, we tried to fix it for him.  The wheels were aftermarket wheels that we spent  a lot of time and money on paint ,trying to match the wheel color. ************** stated he would just buy an after market wheel not to worry about the wheel OR that would have been taken care of as well. The paint match on bumpers are never really matched evenly due to texture and other things in the posters we have provided. Most of the work on his car was suspension and that is why the vehicle was here so long. Some back ordered parts amongst other things we don't need to share with our customers is the reason why the car was here so long.   ************** was patient with us and we did constantly stay in touch with updates he needed while his car was here. We strive to make every job here as perfect as we can to please our customers. We aren't happy if a customer doesn't like our work so we do offer the lifetime warranty for ANY work we do here. ************** understands there is a lifetime warranty for the work we've done and will be happy to attend to anything he's not happy with on his car. We will try to reach out to ************** to resolve any issues. We are sorry for the inconvenience to **************.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      I took my car to another shop one that I trust and they have had to do over $2,000 worth of repairs to the suspension on the car. The was so far out of alignment it was considered to be a safety risk. Several other components were not install properly and or broken during their repair process.

       

      I also called ******* auto Monday morning and in extensive detail explained that I had dropped it on the weekend. I also provided them a detailed list of all parts and where to get them. There were no after market parts that this shop ordered nor fixed. 

       

      The lifetime warranty is not worth anything because I have zero faith that they can do the job the right way. This was proven when the car was taken to another shop because they had to fix all of their mistakes when it came to mechanical issues. I am out $2,000 of my own money because of this. That doesn't even include the money it will take to repaint and do additional cosmetic work that is needed.

      I want to be compensated for the 5 months that was wasted as well as the additional cost of having other shops fix their spotty work.
