I own a tax firm and we forwarded 2 clients to Oasis Tax and *********************. Oasis Tax only paid half of my fee. When I said to refund the clients she said she would. The next day the very next day she sent an email saying that her firm did 85% of the work? this was in 26 hours from the time they began. I have been in this industry for 20 years. There is no way that this is possible. If she is willing to s**** a small business out of $2,000 imagine what she will do with you. Do not trust this firm

On February 14, 2022, we entered a contract with Oasis Tax Service to do bookkeeping for our small, newly formed, non-profit business. After 2 months of being in business with them we were becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the services. So on June 14, 2022, the owner was contacted and informed that we had decided to end the contract. During that conversation the owner stated that by the end of that week an invoice for services rendered would be sent to us and the remaining balance refunded. I reached out to the owner on June 18, 2022, asking to for our monies to be refunded as promised. After not hearing from them, the matter was taken to court. On September 2, 2022, the company was court ordered to pay back only $479.48 (judgement and judgement costs). The owner wanted to pay cash from the *** in the court lobby that day, but we preferred that the payment be sent by check or money order. As of this date the judgement has not been paid and we have not been compensated for the pre-paid services that were not rendered by this company. We reached out to them by phone one additional time but to no avail. Our mistakes were paying $1,500.00 in advance for a one-year contract, and possibly not taking the cash when offered in the lobby of the court. The owner of this company has not upheld the standards of honesty and integrity that we feel a service of this type should exhibit. Although we may never receive from this company the money that is rightfully owed to us, it has been an expensive learning experience. The star rating is 1 to 5 stars. We give this business a 1 star rating based on our personal experience with them.
