I invested over $41,500 into ***************************** business, Startup Chief LLC to be educated on business acquisition and to buy aged corporations that I desired to later structure for business funding and sell. ************************* and I signed two contracts, one for a mentorship and the other for a $30,000 partnership. The first contract was signed on 5/25/23 and the other was signed on 7/16/23. I also purchased an aged corporation from him on 7/27/23. He delivered one of the purchased aged corporations to me on 7/28/23 but communication became inconsistent shortly after. He then disappeared and has not contacted me since.Customer response

I purchased a shelf company that was supposed to guarantee a minimum of $100k in funding within 30 days. Since signing up ****** stopped communicating and has not provided anything but debt. He has ran our credit all over the place and has not produced the promised results. ****** continues to lie about calling, about the process and everything in general.Customer response

In January 2022 I saw an ad on instagram from Startup Chief for business funding hence, I clicked on the Ad and schedule the call with the *** himself ************************* who told me that he was going to help me get funding for an arbnb business using a shelf corporation business model. On that call which took place on January 2nd, I paid a total of 10k but unfortunately only one of the payment in the amount of ******* was received by ******. The rest got frozen by paypal and was supposed to be released to ****** for 120 days! When this happened, I was a little upset but ****** told me there was nothing to worry about he was going to get me my money back once it became available to him after the 120 hold from paypal. With that being said I proceeded with paying the remaining balance starting on January 5th 2022 and all payments where completed by march 30th. All in all, I end up paying 20k to ******. 10k were frozen initially by paypal for 120 days and then 10k towards the business funding that was immediately disburse to ****** via his payments methods he sent me. I have tried calling and sending messages to ****** and his team about my concerns and they have stopped picking up my calls and have refused to get back to me on this matter. This is a crime and this company is not legit business, they tell you a bunch of lies and never delivered on their promise. I am seeking a full refund hence, its almost 10 months since they told me they were getting me business funding and up to now I have not receive anything.Customer response
