I paid for a medication aide class and they didnt have the class ready for the date. I was given 2 different dates. Then I was giving another date because they did not have 5 ppl registered for the class. Because of their negligence I was charged $150 because I asked for a refund. And was mailed a $300 check. But still had it advertised on ******** and online. After this transaction I asked to speak with the owner and I was asked what did I want to talk about. Just deciding not to go back and forth, I filed a complaint instead.Business response

Please note I have attached a copy of Professional Career Institute Policy which you signed and acknowledged. A refund amount of $300 has been issued and mailed as of 5/6/2024
