On May 5, 2024, I agreed to purchase a ****** sequoia from this dealership. The agreement for my trade in was 2000. The price for the car was purchasing was listed at ******. This should have made my purchase ******** before taxes etc.. During this process it was near closing time and the paperwork had to be re done because upon signing it I noticed my name and address was incorrect. He then had to re-do all the paperwork. I made him show me the amount of car on bill of sale it says ********- even there no credit for trade in but since they were closing, I went to clean the stuff out of my old car into the new one while the paperwork was being printed. After this was done I hurriedly came back in and signed the papers as they were literally turning the lights off and he stuffed them in a envelope and put them in my car. I got to the hotel that night and they had charged me ******** for that car on the finance paperwork and gave me 0.00 for my trade in!!! Next morning the car broke down and the radio and back up camera stopped working so i called about all of it. *** was very rude and ugly and didnt want to talk said he would call back and didnt. They had agreed to pay to have my radio fixed, got to the appt and they wouldn't pay for it it.Car has been in shop 3 times in less than a month with code obviously cleared out long enough for me to purchase. It has cost me over ******* and I havent even had it a month. Most upsetting is the difference in price on the finance sheet not only did they not give me credit for my trade in or the ***** as advertised, they raised the price of the car to ******** ! So basically over charging me 4k. And it was torn up when I bought it and they knew it.

On June 27th, 2022 I Financed one **** Taurus from Premier Audio on hull street after being told he not only sold audio equipment but helped people have cars financed. I got a loan through Credit Acceptance per the dealers instructions and was also told to get a second load from Progressive leasing for the "Audio Equipment" the dealer was suppose to install in my vehicle. On Sept 14th, 2022 I received a call from credit acceptance during which I was informed that the dealer I purchased my vehicle from was being Audited and they asked me a series of questions. After this exchange I was able to have my vehicle "pre-inspected" as for I was considering getting a buy off quote and selling the vehicle. and wanted to be aware of what The appraisers would find during their inspection. This pre inspection led to many horrible findings. When I purchased the vehicle, the dealer took 4 days to have the vehicle inspected before giving me ownership of the car. The vehicle inspection sticker placed on the vehicle is not a legal Virginia State inspection sticker as per findings of a certified Technician for a legit dealership. The dealer refused to give me a Carfax for this vehicle at time or purchase upon pulling the Carfax, it is clear that this vehicle should not have been allowed to ever have been financed from a dealer lot with the amount of damages it has. I now have a very long list of damages that were found through a proper inspector that will not allow the vehicle to pass a LEGAL state inspection. I have opened an investigation with progressive leasing for the "audio equipment" the dealer told me was installed in my vehicle after finding that all radio parts are stock radio equipment. they have the dealer under investigations for Fraud. I would like to see what steps I should be taking next to resolve this issue and get out of the financing or have the amounts of 16,000$ reduced for faulty equipment and for being lied too and mislead without having to go to court to ****
