I signed up with this company to take me to school. I only attend school 2 nights a week. I email them my schedule every Friday as requested. In the beginning, their service was fine—I was picked up and dropped off on time. However, over the last month, their service has been unreliable and erratic. I’ve been dropped off and picked up late. I’ve had instances where they didn’t show up at all on my scheduled day. I’ve had instances where they showed up on an unscheduled day. I’ve been not able to reach anyone after hours to see about my ride. Messages left have gone unreturned. When I have spoken to the supervisor and owner about my concerns, they gave excuses and I was told once that I only go two days a week, and there are some clients that work five days a week and that it is a rideshare based on availability. This is not what I was told when I signed up. I was under the impression that this was a reliable service. It is not. As I’m writing this, it is 10:06 pm and my class ended at 9. I have been calling them for the last hour and getting sent straight to voicemail. I’m still waiting for someone to pick me up.
