    I used CVS Minute Clinic by video back in November. A record of my visit was never posted on my cvs.com account. I received a bill from them a few weeks ago for *****. I had met my deductible and had no co-pay-so there should not have been a bill. I called them- they told me the claim was never submitted to my insurance. Last week I saw the charge show up on my credit card statement. I called them. The rep told me the claim was submitted and once the insurance approved it i would get a refund. This is not the way its suppose to work. So i called them back today to tell them I would like the charge reversed. They told me the claim is being validated and once its validated they will send it off. I said who is validating what and what will be sent off to who? She told me CVS is validating my information and once they do they will send it to your insurance. So complete opposite of what i was told last week. I then told her i would like the charges reversed and if there is an amount the insurance wont pay - then i will pay that amount. She told me they could not reverse the charge. I went on my charge cards account to file a dispute and now i saw that the ***** was marked as a recurring charge which i absolutely did not authorize. When i told the cvs rep this, she said we do not have ability to do a recurring charge. I called the credit card company and had them put the charge in dispute and block cvs as a vender to my card. I also cancelled my credit card to have a new one issued. I then called CVS back and told them to take this off as a recurring charge. She gave me push back and i threatened to put her name on a lawsuit if she didnt fix it - she then hung up on me. I called back and finally this rep took my card off the account. Apparently CVS keeps your credit card on file. I told them i will never be using their services again. They really discredited themselves the way the mis-handled my situation. Buyer beware. We'll see what happens with the dispute.
