This is a horrible bank, my debit card was taken in a eatery and l ordered a new debit card that took 5-10 business days to be delivered, once delivered l could not use the card before l was told that a pin would come in the mail. I never received a pin and ended up on the phone with them for another 5 days and to date still do not have access to use my debit card. I have been told that someone will call me back, most of the staff will laugh at your frustrations or just out right lie about calling you back to assist you.

We recently made it faster for our members to activate their cards and to choose a PIN number by phone and we no longer send a PIN number through the mail. We care deeply about the level of service we provide to our members, and all of our calls are recorded. We understand that our representative was able to assist you with activating your card and you were able to set a PIN on that day, August 6. We also had a manager to reach out to follow up and you confirmed that the card was indeed working as intended.
