This business promised me delivery of a pomeranian puppy. I paid them a total amount of $3,660 for the payment of the puppy, cost of delivery/travel expenses and even life insurance costs. When I told the vendor I would go to the authorities or asked for my money back, he insisted that if I just gave him one more payment delivery would be completed, which is something he's said before. Here is the shipping link they provided me as well as the tracking number.Tracking Number: EPL00349-CARGO **************************************Business response

The transaction has not been completed because the buyer is unable to complete requirements for the delivery to go through. All paperwork has been sent to the buyer giving proof of the confirmation of this transaction but the delivery is unable to go through. I would advise the buyer to complete the instructions and requirements from the shipper for the delivery to be completed. This will ensure the safety of the animal. Once this has been done the transaction will be completed.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
There have been three separate occasions on which I made several payments, under the impression it would be the final payment and even told as much by the seller, and as shortly after I send this "final payment" I'm told something else came up and I have to make more payments. Examples include paying for an air conditioned crate rental after the life insurance payment, constantly accumulating and reoccurring caretaking bills, and even flight reactivation despite me having already paid it. And even after I pay these bills, more and more keep coming up every single time, despite the seller telling me on several occasions that one of these would be the final step.
Regards,
