I honestly do not know where to start. I am on the Nationwide, project through Concentrix and it has been a nightmare ever since I started on 04-19-2022. First of all the training experience started off very horrible given the trainer ****** showed much favoritism and was very unprofessional at times. When I wrote a review on the website, I was then contacted by ******************* who decided to try to combat my opinion and bully me into this being a great company- refusing to see my point of view. I had been complaining of audio issues since training began and nothing was done about it. Nationwide, provides the monitors and computers, but not the headphones. Therefore, as I found out later once I hit the production floor, not all headphones are compatible. Instead of being told this earlier, I went through 5 visits from Spectrum for pocket loss " " and 4 different headphones from Amazon and Best Buy- still with audio issues. I was told that I would have to be off for 7 days 3 times, 3 times, due to not being able to find the issue. Once Spectrum came out the fifth time and found nothing, I was provided proof of no pocket loss after THEY ran a test only to come back to Concentrix IT saying their was still pocket loss. SMH , this is ridiculous. I am NOW being accused of call avoidance by *****, the supervisor of my TL *******************************. That is not only a horrible accusation to make but since I have the proof of every time I reached out to IT or had Spectrum come to my home or every headphone I purchased, not reimbursed by the way, I am being accused of doing all of that to come to work and call avoid? That is absolutely an attack of my character by a classless individual with no professionalism. I have lost an immense amount of money from being off involuntarily and now being told unless Spectrum comes out here ONCE AGAIN I will be fired. This is absolutely the worse company I have EVER worked for. Provide the proper equipment to your staff, including HEADPHONES!
