Terrible. I made a payment, and they said they never got it. I was asked to show proof from my bank that the payment was made. I did. They told me yes, a payment was made to our company, but it's not showing in your account. End of story. I went off. They expect me to eat that $50 AND pay late charges! No one called me. I had to call them to find this out. When I dropped the **bomb, the customer service rep got mad, and I told her that if she's that sensitive to disgruntled customers, she's in the wrong field. All she did was keep repeating what was in her notes from the manager which was basically, tough luck. She had the brass ones to ask me if other people have access to my account. I asked her what difference would that made since the payment went through TO Mission Lane? At the least, they should credit me that payment, and take off the late charges. They won't even remove the past due charge!

Terrible customer service. They have a backroom as customer service reps say that go to complaints. Won't give number to call or even say they are real people

Do not get a card with mission lane llc they come up with every excuse not to raise ur limits and lie and tell u ur late if u pay 1 day later by law to report 30 **** late u have to really be 30 days late not we processed u 1 day lat a waste of time

My wife and I have been together 21 years married 13. I decided to get a card for emergency purposes. We do these things all the time. Well covid and life happened and money was spent. We fell on hard times. We have put several debts into a program but she reached out to them to see if they could work with us and instead of helping us, heard we are a l****** couple and are refusing to help us until she files a police report on me. She told them several times I will be the one paying you so no reason to be doing that. I just wanted to give background but they are refusing to help. Now maybe if we were not of LGBTQ they might have helped right away but the fact they will not help us out at all is ridiculous. We got papers today even from them on how they want her to file charges on me. We shredded them right away. I guess I will be putting them into the program too since they refuse to help us out but this is ridiculous.

I've never applied for a credit card with Mission Lane and Constantly receiving calls about late payments. I've called customer service twice and no one can help with the situation. I've been told "just block the numbers" . It's a little hard and frustrating to continue to do that especially when I'm busy with patients.

I will give a 0 PayPal did an unauthorized transaction and even that I presented proof they sided with the thief's also they lie saying I didn't presented any information when I even mailed all the information and sent it by email too, they even say in my account they received the documents, but tell me I never send *** information. What a rip off. I should have $100 more in my account but they decided with PayPal mafia they are pure mafia and Mission Lane sided with the thief's, wicked.

I would give zeros if I could... I pay on time every month. And when ever my due date fall on a Saturday that Friday... I pay on time only to get. late fee and that said its because the due date falls on a Saturday and is not processed until a business day.

I wish I read the rating for this bank on here before.opeongmy account! They are all about being humanitarians and helping with people with CREDIT BS! 35% INTEREST AND REFUSING TO LOWER IT EVEN A LITTLE AND ROPING ME INTO A PROMOTION TO OPEN THE ***** CARD AND I QUOTE "KEEP" $500 IF I DEPOSIT $100 THEY PUT THE $100 ON THE ***** AND THE $500 ON THE CREDIT CARD WITH 35% INTEREST!!! LESS THAN A YEAR LATER THE MISSION MONEY ***** IS DISCONTINUED SO THEY JUST OPENED IT FOR THIS SCAM. LIES AND MISLEADING IS RUINING MY CREDIT AND THROWING $55 A MONTH INTHE TRASH FOR INTEREST EVERY MONTH AND LOSING MY JOB I CAN BARLY MAKE THE MINIMUM SO LATE FEES AND NOTHING GOING TOWARDS MY BALANCE WITH A $60 MIN PAYMENT IM SCREWED. THE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT OPTION OSNT IMMEDIATE EITHER SO MAKE SURE YPU HAVE PLENTY SITTING IN YOUR CHRCKING ACOUNT IN CASE OTHE PAYMENTS GO THROUGH BEFORE THEY DECIDE TO GET THE PAYMENT PROCESSED. ITS JUST DEPRESSING. I can't get a hardship or even get a balance transfer because of this card. I want the $500 they promised me and the interest I've paid on it back!

This company is a fraud so why is this still around.They sent me a pre-approval and stated that there's no interest for the first year which turned out to be a huge lie!Beware of this scammers!

I wish I could give less , they obtained my information WITHOUT my permission, they've called me multiple times and disconnect while I'm speaking. Had it not been for this site I would have thought that it was a sham of a company but judging from the reviews here the company may as well close. WHAT A JOKE !
