      After less than month rarely use of sofas, the cushion started showing excessive sagging . The sofas are under guaranty, and Haynes company send a technician that approved the cushions are defective, but they are not willing to take the sofas back and credit me to buy new sofas or replace the sofas with new set.1)The technician from Tri Country Furniture Service stopped by our home and investigated the sofas. He mentioned the cushions are defective and never seen a sofa start showing sagging after such a short period. However, Haynes mentioned the report says the sofas are not defective. They are not willing to reveal the report.2) Based on law, a defect in the manufacture of a product means a raw material or process was not correct, resulting in the product not performing the way it was designed to perform. So, the upholstered sofa with enough tension causes the material show good recovery and retain a tightly tailored appearance for a long time. If there is excessively sagging, that means there was not enough tension being created to keep the material taught. My question is: If the excessively sagging is not manufacture defect, why it happens? Why the showroom sofas that a lot of people sit on them to try, doesnt show any sagging after a long time?3) Description of this sofa on Haynes website says: . Timeless in both quality and design, the hardwood frame, elastic webbed support system and cozy, high-density foam cushions ensure this sofa maintains its sharp looks and plush feel for years to come. . If our sofa shows excessive sagging, doesnt that mean Haynes advertisement is a fraud. 4) In summary, the quality of the product doesnt match with the description offered, and showroom sofas. The sofas arrived with manufacture defective, and Haynes doesnt take the responsibility.

      Purchased a sofa sectional in May . Delivery was very professional. I noted a crease in the sofa, as well as a gap in section between arm rest. Called to send out a technician. He took sofa apart and tried to fix the sag and was successful. He attempted to fixt he gap and finally told my wife that this gap is standard. If i would have known that they wouldn't stand totally by the product i would have purchased elsewhere. I am disappointed because after promising my wife a supervisor would call, that call never happened. So I called myself and to my surprise the supervisor said she closed the case. If this is the kind of business that occurs without regard then i will probably take my further purchases elsewhere. I will also be sending a letter or email to the president on how we were treated. The supervisor said she would send me a picture of how it looks in the store and continued to say the large gap is standard.
