I had medical services provided on 9/10/2022. In February 2022 I received a bill for $632 that netted out to $318.62. I called the business immediately upon receipt at the indicated number and was told that $32 had been taken off the bill and that I would be provided with an itemized bill so I could examine the amount of time spent by the Physicians Assistant on my care.The itemized bill was not sent to me as was promised. Instead, I received a new bill date March 20, 2022. The new bill did not provide the time itemization and it did not remove the $32 as had been promised. I received another bill dated April 11, 2022. Again, this bill did not include the itemized amount of time that had been promised and it did not remove the $32. I called and was told to wait for the email that would be sent to me. I asked when the email would be sent and was told they could not give a specific time frame. I was instructed to call back when I received the new email.I received another bill dated April 25, 2022 that did not include the itemized amount of time spent by the PA and did not remove the $32.I received yet another bill dated May 26, 2022. Again, this bill did not include the itemized amount of time and it did not remove the $32. I called the business immediately upon receipt and was told that this matter would not be sent to collections. I was also told that the outstanding balance would be adjusted zero and that it would be sent for further review. I, yet again, requested that an itemized bill be sent to me detailing how much time was spent on my treatment.I never received the itemized statement. Instead, on August 29, 2022 I received a collection notice from a collections agency.Customer response
