******** called to confirm the appointment then showed up minutes later. He was knowledgeable, efficient and had the upstairs unit running almost immediately.I highly recommend 123 HVAC.

The people that were sent barely looked at the ** unit insiting that we need to pay them $300 to clean the coils and that the home warrenty wouldn't cover it. He tried to hard sell the extra service and refused to leave when we told him that we weren't interested. He became rude and menecing when we insisted that he leave. What a wonderful company! They were able to fit me in within a couple of hours of calling for service on my HVAC unit. Before any work was started I was told what they were going to do and when my system was checked, I needed the coil cleaned and the system charged. I am going to need a part replaced which they will get me scheduled to replace once they have called the manufacturer of my HVAC unit for payment of that part. Overall, what a wonderful experience I had with them.Review from Asha C

I would highly recommend 123 hvac LLC was dispatched by warranty company arrived on time , technician was courtesy knowledgeable and professional, clearly explained the issue to me in terms that I could understand, made me feel comfortable as a home owner knowing that someone with experience and not just looking for a fast buck was working on on unit. 5 stars nothing less it was easy as 123.
