              I Have a number of issues.Firstly, attempting to contact patient relations is nothing more than phone tag, they care so little for customer complaints, they cannot even give you a callback number.I am being seen at the *** Clinic at king ************** staff I have ever interacted with, they will become confrontational to a 100% service connected veteran over a 62$ co-pay I had to wait till the month after to pay.Someone there keeps changing information in my file so randomly they try and send me the bill for the service, in addition, they keep changing my prescription information and send it to strange places that are not even near the ************I have an IMMEDIATE need to ensure that my prescription is filled, I should have already had it by now and i need it simply to interact with the public.It amazes me how little *** cares about customers.

              The horrible experience at the *** emergency room on Marshal ******* The emergency room is accepting V**Y numerous patients from prisons. As well as al the homeless from the ******** city center. The personnel at the ** is exceptionally slow, indifferent, and careless. My son asked for a glass of water, which was brought to him after over an hour. The ** nurse asked me to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room while checking my son and forgot to let me in even after he's been moved to another department! Careless, uninterested, indifferent, unprofessional. Those are the only terms that come to mind to describe the ** staff. The question of cleanliness is not better. Starting at the filthest parking I've seen in my life, and it's rude staff, the rest of the premises seem to be occasionally lightly wiped, instead of a thorough, hospital- level cleaning that must be done. The bathroom inside the ** department was very dirty, with urine and other stains all over the toilet and the floor. There was no soap in the dispenser! This is a hospital we are taking about!! One might be leaving this ** with more health problems they'd arrived with. Every other *************** is a homeless or a handcuffed, guarded criminal. Is there no way to separate the general public from the *** encarcerated patients?! *** does not care about the people who come here for help. It is very unfortunate.
