I contacted D&G Multi Services in early Jan,. For $25 they agreed to come out to assess the *** and give an estimate for the job. During this assessment, I express two area of concerns (1) Grade in a way to keep water away from the foundation. (2) Prevent water from pooling in an area near the backdoor. I was told the work would solve both issues. The *** was to include: Keeping water away from the house foundation, prevent water from pooling in the yard by filling in low spots. Seed and hay in the yard. On 2/2/2024, the one day job began and was completed. On 2/13/2024, We got our first rainfall with was after the project had been completed. The company landscaping/Grading expertise failed miserably. In fact, Not only did I have the original problem of pooling water at the backdoor, but, several other smaller and larger pools of water accumulated in the yard. On 2/13/2024, I contacted the company and explained the problem. On 2/14/2024, I again contacted the company regarding the same issue. According to ***** the ground has to be completely dry before any additional work could be done, and, He projected the work would start the week of 2/19/2024. It had not rained since 2/13/2024 and no forecast of rain. On 2/21/2024. I texted and called because it had been over a week since the last rain and it was forecast to rain on 2/23/2014. In my text, I explained that I would like to resolve this issue amicably without having to involve any other parties. I then called and he (*****) told me he could come by in 15 to ***************************************************************** the area on *************. He was a NO SHOW and NO CALL.Add'l, they even graded a part of my neighbor's yard,and, what had been a peaceable neighbor is a not so friendly attitude now- and this is being midly stated.Customer response

D & G contracted me on 3/19/2024 and resolved the issue that same day. I contracted BBB on 3/20/2024 to give you an update but was only allowed to leave a message.
