      I recently purchased a home that had landscaping lights that the previous owner hired Inaray to install. I called Inaray to my home to inspect landscaping lights and show me how they worked. They told me there would be labor costs per hour and then additional charges if things needed to be fixed. When they came to the house the workers began working on rewiring a couple lights. I asked multiple times what the cost would be and they did not know and assured me it wouldn't be much more than the labor costs. When I got the invoice I was charged for multiple services and items they did not replace. They charged me for a new timer when the old timer is still here and working. They also charged me for new lights which were never replaced. They charged me for more lights then I even have on my property. When I called to discuss my invoice, I was hung up on by them and told they would send it to collections. This work was done without them disclosing the costs first and then they charged me for multiple items they did not replace. They also took one of my landscaping lights and said it would be replaced for free since it was under warranty. When my invoice came, I asked them to finish the job and replace my last light. They refused and said it would be another $150 to replace the light they took from my property. There was no agreed upon pricing before the work began and the workers shrugged off my requests when I asked them what the cost would be. I feel taken advantage of and deceived. When I was hung up on by the person on the phone, named ******, said they would be "Going another route" referring to sending my bill to a collection agency. I am willing to pay the fair amount for the work as long as the job is completed and the additional charges are removed from my invoice.

      Inaray never gave me accurate prices on the work being done. They are also charging me for items and work that was not done. They also have refused to finish the job without an additional cost when I was told the item they took from my property was under warranty.

      Hello, see invoice attached. They charged me for a new timer that was not replaced. I still have the original timer plugged in and working. They also charged me for 5 new lamps. I only have 4 on my property and they did not replace any of these. All of this work was done without informing me of any costs. They told me there would be labor costs of $125 per hour, which I agreed to. My issue is they could have sent me a bill for any price they wanted and when I asked the workers what it would cost to do the work, they had no answer and just told me "not much more than the labor involved." To then see charges for a timer and multiple lights that were not replaced was shocking. I could of had an entire new system installed for this price. If Inaray would have disclosed the cost for this "work" they did, I would have never agreed to it. The workers never mentioned any of this. I was on the property and they had every chance to tell me they need to replace things and there would be costs involved. I believe this is an inflated and dishonest invoice.

      Yesterday I made a complaint against Inaray Design Group. In the last 24-hours, the owner of the business came to my house and adjusted the incorrect invoice and we were able to resolve the issue amicably.
