            In March 2019, BBB attempted to contact Paul & Son Richmond 24/7 Locksmith, which has failed to respond to consumer complaints.  BBB asked Paul & Son Richmond 24/7 Locksmith to provide basic information including copies of promotional and advertising materials, a full explanation of fees & refund policies, its physical address, a working telephone number, names & contact information of responsible management, copies of its corporation filing & local business license, verification of required licensing from the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services; and a completed BBB Business Questionnaire.  BBB also requested references with full contact information for at least ten (10) bona fide customers.  Additionally, BBB requested substantiation of pricing claims and testimonials posted on the richmondlocksmithva.com website.  The results of that inquiry are reported in the Advertising Review section on this Business Profile.

            As of April 1, 2019, BBB had received no response from Paul & Son Richmond 24/7 Locksmith. BBB has not been able to locate information connecting Paul & Son Richmond 24/7 Locksmith to any corporation or other entity in Virginia, nor can BBB verify any required licensing from Virginia DCJS.  BBB believes that the Richmond, Virginia address advertised on the website is not associated with the business.
