      On November 9, 2023 I ordered three Therabead Moist Hot Packs size 5 x 12. Order number is 13544CMS. Close to three weeks went by and I had not received my purchases nor received any communication from them. So I tried calling twice. Never could get a person. Then I emailed on 11/28. I sent another email but dont have date. No answer. I emailed a third time on 12/1 and I did receive answer to email, basically, I think because I mentioned possibly reporting them to BBB. Then a person named **** responded on same day (12/1) and stated he would check into order and apologized for lack of communication. Stated he was taking over my file and would follow back up with me. As of today, (12/12) Ive not heard anything more from him. Later I received an email (dont have date but was before 12/8) stating one of my purchases was being shipped. Only one. I ordered three! As of today, 12/12 I still have not received anything. I emailed again on 12/8 stating I never received anything. No response. I emailed again yesterday, 12/11, and so far Ive not heard anything. I told **** these three hot packs are supposed to be for Christmas. I have issues with this company because of the inability to get anyone on phone, the lack of response until I mentioned BBB, then even after one response, **** never followed up as he stated he would. Also, received that email referring to one item being shipped when should be three. And the fact that I still have not received anything and, once again, no response from last email. I told **** it makes me think they are scamming me.

      The consumer has the incorrect business. We don't sell the product in reference. We don't have someone named **** that works in our office. We also don't communicate with customers directly through email, but everything is by phone call.

      Captial Medical Supply is who I rented a wheelchair and a patient lift (*****) from when my husband left the hospital. My husband has traditional ******** effective 1/1/2022. When I called 12/20/2022 to pay my monthly bill I was told when I pay for 13 months for a rental per ******** rules I then own the medical equipment. I asked how many months did I have left, she advised 1 month. She asked if I would like to pay up to the 13 months, I advised yes and they charged me $39.03 on 12/20/2022. she advised I would not receive another bill. Imagine my dismay when a bill showed up, so I called the office. They said I did not start with ******** until May 2022, which is not true. My husband switched to traditional ******** 1/1/2022. I tried to explain the previous conversation with their representative, the girl absolutely did not want to hear it, told me I was wrong. Would not even look up my account. Told me they were a small company when I asked to speak with a Manager and one was not available. She put me to ******'s voicemail. I left a message NO response from my voicemail. I do not owe another dime, I have paid my 13 months. My husband had ********* HMO from hospital discharge 9/28/2021 until 12/31/2021. Wouldn't this count towards my 13 months, I was told NO, but the Aetna MCR HMO follows the same rules as ********....

      I have been trying to return a bed I rented. I have called multiple times to get them to pickup a bed but no one comes.
