      I ordered new battery for my freestyle comfort. I charged it the eve before the morning so I could use it . In morning I turned it on and battery went down by 14% in under 12 hours of sitting . This is NOT a new battery.

      Ordered a replacement seat for my husbands **************** was the incorrect size so I wanted to return it to get a refund. After spending 3 HOURS on the phone and being shifted from number to number, I still have NOT gotten any response to my request. Unfortunately this company is not associated with the Better Business Bureau or I would certainly file a complaint. I have NEVER had such poor customer service in all my years of ordering from companies online! Dont order anything from this company because you will most likely have problems!

      Ordered wheelchair legs on sept 5th 2022. It is now Sept 14th and I haven't heard a word. Also, when I checked the transaction on my card account, it was fast food category! Stay away from ordering from these people. I sent them an email today asking about the order.

      dme supply usa is a fraud, i order a wheel chair from them, they provided me with a fake *** number. they never answer the phone or responded to email. they did charge my credit card $****** when order item, they never sent.

      I agree with the other reviews. Wish I had checked before I ordered. Same issue, ordered because per their website the item is in stock, yet after 3 months I still don’t have it, the card has been charged & shipping info is conflicting. No responses to my emails. Beware!!!

      I was lied to four times regarding when my special battery would ship. It never did ship and after two requests they still have not reversed the charge to my credit card. I tried to get my credit card company to reverse the charge but they said too much time had passed. Beware of them attempting to charge you but not ship your order.

      I placed an order from these people for ******** Triple Antibiotic ointment. Their web site said it was in stock. I received a confirmation a month ago. After a couple weeks, I called and emailed them. The person in customer service was just nasty and could care less about my order. She told me that it would ship in a few days. I also emailed them and they said it would ship in the beginning of November. I then called again to customer service and got Sara who was very pleasant and understanding. She said it was set up for shipment but that it had been that way for quite a while and she would contact the office as the call center is located elsewhere. I never heard from anyone. My guess is that they stock nothing though they say it is in stock and they rely on someone to fulfill their orders. My card had been charged when I placed the order so I need to dispute the order. I would never buy from them again, and recommend that you find someone else with better feedback. I did not see the previous reviews before purchasing.

      I ordered an item on 10/5/2021. I only ordered the item after I called and had the woman do a stock check, I was placed on hold and about 3-5 minutes later she said yes the item is in stock in our Georgia warehouse. I place the order with her. On 10/6 my credit card posted that it had paid DME. I called on 10/7 being as my item indicated it was ready to ship, was told no, check back next week. I called on 10/11, Chris said it will ship this week. On 10/12 called again, spoke to Semeka, said it will ship NEXT WEEK. If it does ship, that would be 2 1/2 weeks for a stock item I found the President of DME, in VA, is Kris C*** and the supply chain Manager is Nate T********. As of this writing I have not found their phone numbers. BOTTOM LINE - stay away from this business.
