AE installed a remote start for me for $399.00. I left the store after closing time and I believe they rushed the installation. As I attempted to leave the store my car would barely run. I was able to drive my car home but it smoked and jerked and ran very rough. The 3 emergency lights came on the dash. AE was closed now so I knew they couldnt help me now. I went back the next morning and one of the staff said hed expected me because hed followed me a good way down the road an noticed the smoking from my car. The techs found a wire that had been left they said by a previous job but they may have caused it to touch something hot under the hood and caused an issue that caused a fuel issue with my engine. Over a 3 week period AE has reset my emergency dash lights at least 4 times. They suggested each time that I drive my car for a couple of weeks an/or some miles and that the car may clear the issue on its own. I spoke to I assume was a manager and asked where AE would like me to have my car looked at and repaired. ***** said that he didnt think that AE is liable because his tech may have caused a wire to melt and burn an cause the issue with my car.I DISSAGREE!I dont recommend using AUDIO EXPRESS. My car was running fine before I spent $400 with them. Plus their employee recognized the issue with my car as I was leaving their shop.BE AWARE..****** Cable RVA
