I purchased a vehicle from this location 5-21-23 and within the stated contract there is included agreement that there are services that still need to be rendered for the vehicle. As of this submission, the agreed upon services have not been provided by the business. They are also negligent regarding a safety aspect of the vehicle- with having the vehicle for only 2 months, I am having an issue with my rear brakes. I do not believe the brakes were appropriately serviced prior to the purchase of the vehicle. In addition, to the car history, there was no acknowledgment or record of the sizable dent and also was brought to the attention of the business.With trying to work with the company, I am getting the runaround and no resolution to the stated issues with this business with the documented agreement we currently have in place.At this time, I need the business to fix the following:-Brakes *********** *** Cap Door -Touch up on the vehicle -A/CBusiness response

Rear brakes passed State Inspection at the time of purchase and even at the last visit. The fuel door has been replaced since purchase. The dent repair needs to be coordinated with the salesperson as that does not go through the ******************* The salesperson has tried to reach the customer by text several times and has not received a response. I am unaware of any touchup work to be done but if there is that will need to be addressed with the salesperson also.
