Took my money never received the gift and had three calls with the owner who gave excuses after excuse. ****** ******* *** ****** *** ********** *** **** *** ********. None of which I care about just dont steal my money. Which is how I see it right now two months after buying an in stock item and I still dont have it. I would recommend staying away from Drum Bum.

Customer ordered what was labeled as an in stock item but it turned out to be out of stock. We did not know it was out of stock until we went to dropship it from our vendor (we warehouse most of our items). I took full responsibility that our website was incorrect, even calling him personally to apologize for our error. I gave him the option of either cancelling his order for a full refund or waiting for the item to come back into stock. He chose to wait. When the item came in 3 weeks later, we shipped it to his recipient (order date was 3-17 / ship date was 4-8) and the package was delivered on April 13th with a tracking code for verification. Customer was angry that his friend didnt receive the package and started becoming belligerent. I very kindly asked the customer to please be patient; that we had filed an inquiry with **** and an open investigation was underway. Meanwhile, we sent him our standard form for missing packages requesting his recipient to please check behind bushes, underneath porches, behind screen doors, check with neighbors, etc. Customer was offended that we would ask him to do this saying, their house is one of ten behind gates. No one steals in a wealthy community. , etc. I suggested that perhaps it was being held at the post office for some reason, at which he replied, **** at post office is ridiculous since they claimed they delivered it. Regardless, I filed a lost package report for him with ****** at the ********************** ******** request case #********). Before I could even relay our efforts to customer, he filed this negative review and threatened to, post endlessly online about this theft. Ive been in business for 25 years and over ******* transactions later, we are known (especially) for our customer service. That said, I dont respond kindly to threats nor do I reward bad behavior. That is our company policy. The investigation has since come up empty. I was contacted by **** saying they did not find the package. Under normal circumstances, I would simply absorb the loss and fully credit a customer back even though we did not lose the package. I will not be doing that with this customer.*********************** ********** ******************** , ****
