      I placed an order on February 29th 2024 for a Ghost Spider bedding set. The exact way it is listed on an email from the company is - ********* Girls Twin Bedding Sheet Set with Microfiber Comforter in Bag 5 Pcs - Bedding Set. There was an issue about the back of the Comforter and I received several emails about that. At one point on 3/4/2024 I emailed the company to cancel my order. Quickly on that same day I received an email back that the 2 sided Bedding sets were back in stock and could be sent and they ask if I still wanted to cancel the order. I replied that no I didn't want to cancel my order if what I ordered was available. Then I received an email on 3/11/2024 that my order had been shipped and there was a button to track the package so I did and at that point I found out the item was coming from *****. I was surprised because the address online is in Virginia. Now today I searched for that address on ****** maps and that is not even a real address. I have emailed and called the phone number on the website but have not gotten a reply. The phone number ************ is just a voice-mail with no out going message other than the number and leave a message. The phone number comes up as a New York number.

      Clearly you are looking at a different product because as you can see by your own receipt email I ordered a sheet set with a microfiber comforter in Bag 5 piece bedding set. The information sent to the Better Business Bureau does not match the item I ordered or the item you said you shipped to me. I did not receive 5 items or a microfiber comforter or a sheet set as listed on my invoice and on the email I received listing what was supposed to have been shipped to me. Please review your invoice and the information you sent with the order complete email.

I tried to contact the business and both telephone numbers for their business, are disconnected. I've tried emailing them, and have gotten no response. There's not even an option to cancel my order.       We ordered a pair of sneakers from heihei world on 12/9/22 and since then we have not received any shipping,processing or tracking info. we have tried to call the number provided but the call keeps getting canceled (on their end).We have sent emails and no response at all.Upon reading the reviews (which we shouldve done first) we see that this is an ongoing issue with this company.All I have read said its a scam site.
