I ordered a playstation 5 from Sony direct and it was shipped to my home according to ups tracking. This package was supposed to be received in December 16th and it never showed up. I gave it 2 days as I know shipping during Christmas season creates conflict for any business shipping products. However, after those 2 days I started trying to contact ups as it showed my package was out for delivery on two separate occasions but never arrived at my home for me to sign for. I made this purchase for someone for Christmas and I had to tell them they couldn't have it Christmas morning. I'm reaching the point where I feel I need a transparent response about why I had to disappoint children on Christmas. I've called the customer support line countless times and it's impossible to speak with someone to get a real answer. It's December 29th and I had to file a claim to find out that ups still isn't able to find my package. I want and need answers.
