I am in the process of having a home built and my builder has asked me to order lighting, ************ from Ferguson. Dating back to March of this year I have had issues with this particular Ferguson location. They didn't want to answer or return calls. However, I was able to finally get through and make an appointment. We went in for the schedule appointment and selected what we wanted in our new home. The sales person was very demanding about the size of the light fixtures I selected for outside. The sales person also made it very clear that all the lights would be led in type which is not what we got. Now we are less than two weeks away from closing and the light for the porch is too small as I thought it would be. I tried reaching out to the sales person and she did not have time to reply to my emails and when I finally spoke to her she quoted policy to me about not accepting lights back for exchange and she didn't even address the led lights I paid for. I have tried to get a hold of her manager and that seem impossible. Early on when I paid for the upgrades of from Ferguson I asked for a receipt and the sales person refuse to provide me with a receipt which became a problem for me during the whole process. The sad thing is this did not have to be, I brought my business to Ferguson and truly feel as though we were not treated with respect and do not value me as a customer. The sales person told me she would be glad to sale me another light to replace the light she suggested we purchase that is too small for the porch. She no longer responds to communication. This whole experience has been awful.Customer response
