            My husband bought into a timeshare 20 + years ago. He sold it and was just issued a garnishment from this company. When I called ***** ******** a lady answered the phone. She did not announce herself or the company. When I told her why I was calling, she stated that her mother had just passed away and she will not be taking calls until Monday. There is no way that this debt should be active, especially since no communication has been had with this company for over 15+ years. It should be totally illegal to garnish someones banking accounts without notice.

            The worst my husband and I went to ***************. I believe around year 2000 they promise so much and receive nothing, I fax a letter to cancel the contract and mail a certified letter to cancel as they had stated for me to do with my husband signature. Thought everything was great until 2022 when we went on vacation to fine our accounts had been garnish over years hadnt hear nothing from them the worst. We went to ************ to fine a winery no timeshare , no place to take the kids nor no park area nothing, how do you come out of this nightmare.
