Noryab consulting repeatedly lied to me about the progress and status of the work they were doing to my home. They also took 7 months to do the work they said they would do in 2 months, and they lied about why the delays happened. Then after I had paid them IN FULL per the contract we signed, they still filed a lien against my property that I now have to waste my time and money to have removed due to their incompetenceInitial Complaint

So in 02/03/2023 a contractor was paid by my homeowners insurance for a claim for weather damages to be fixed a sum of $9101.23 was given to cover the cost of materials it is now 02/25/2024 and the company refuses to answer calls they refuse to return the money stating the havent wrote a refund check they continue to never answer the phone only text messagesCustomer response

Noryab consulting LP in October helped us file a claim with our insurance for storm damage. I was given a check from insurance company and Noryab had me sign it over to them. Since this time despite trying to get hold of them several times we have only been contacted back twice. They said they would start in 6-8 weeks it will be 12 weeks on Monday January 8th ****. We have been told to just wait they need more time.Initial Complaint

Initial contract was signed 6 April 2022. Noryab received a total of $34,533.76 via insurance claim pay out. The nature of the work performed from approximately 11 August 2022 through 18 August 22 includes the following: siding and trim replacement, gutter and downspout replacement, window screen replacement, exterior light fixture detachment and reset, and vent cover replacement. A portion of the above amount was returned in the amount of $2,550.19 for damage to the front storm door and yard sign as well as work not performed such as garage door replacement and roof exhaust cap/vent replacement. The damaged storm door was replaced by ****** on approximately 20 September 2022. Money for the storm door and etc. was reimbirbursed 15 Nov 2022 following Noryab's receipt of final payment on approximately 19 Oct 2022 following inspection and receipt from the insurance company. Additonal damages/deficiencies were reported on the following occasions: chunk of roof shingle at front of home above garage on ground (17 Aug 2022), deficient caulking at windows and doors (12 Sep 2022), and soffit leak (30 Sep 2022). Furthermore, no one was sent back out to the property for the above listed additionally reported damages/deficiencies until 11 May 2023 in which the caulking deficiencies were addressed while the soffit leak was determined by Noryab's subcontractor ******** Construction, LLC to be caused by damage to above shingle near chimney and missing roof shingle chunk at front of home above garage were not repaired at that time. Although Noryab has constantly been contacted regarding the issues, they have yet to be completely resolved. The assigned Noryab rep indicated that the roof shingles would be replaced as determined from the 11 May 2023 inspection by their subcontractor and have not returned since and are minimally communicating at this point. Noryab has been paid in full for all work while damages sustained to the property during construction have not been repaired.Customer response

Noryab Consulting started repair work on my home's roof in December 2022 for structural damage due to windstorm and hail. A crew did not return until March 2023 and installed new siding on my house. After weeks waiting for them to return and finish the work, I called, sent emails and texted several times to inquire about finishing the following (gutters, replacing the shutters and #** on the Explanation of Building Replacement Cost Benefits from ********************* In May, another crew arrived and installed the gutters. On June 5th I sent another email, inquiring again and thanked them for a previous response. However the response from Noryab *********************************************************************** didnt mention completing the following work:Install Gutters Replace Shutters Stain Bench Page ** Heat, ********** Conditioning Comb and straighten a/c condenser fins with trip charge ***** ******* vent-rain cap only, 5Looking forward to the work being completed this week. Please let me know what day the crews will be on my property. Thank you. However the response from Noryab didnt mention completing the work: *************************** at Noryab only referenced another issue. Shortly after, a crew arrived and installed the gutters only. Still yet, I have not received a response and phone calls have gone unanswered and unreturned. The work listed above are only the ones that I can identify from the State Farm contract. I have not received a final copy of receipt or explanation from Noryab. Businesses are expected to answer and return calls and they have failed to do so. Noryab received full compensation for this property work; a total of $24,760.37. As a customer I expect all services to be completed and professionalism. They started in December 2022 and it is not July 2023 and the work has not been completed.Customer response

At this time, I have not been contacted by Noryab Consulting LP directly regarding complaint ID ********. The individual that I have been working with contacted me but still has not delivered and completed the work. Additionally a neighbor adjacent to my property work has not been completed either. And to no avail neither of us has received completion.

I sign a contract with Noryab Consulting LP on 23 January 2023 to change the siding of my house paid *************************** ********* to do the job and here it is **** and nothing has been done to my house! He will not answer my phone calls or reply to my text messages anymore! It was little communication at the beginning of our agreement to now nothing!!Customer response
