On June 20th 2022 Appliance King replaced my compressor in a ** refrigerator. I had the part furnished by ** since it was still under warranty. Appliance King charged me $650.00 in labor. I paid the technician the night of service. The check was deposited/cashed shortly. I did not get a receipt nor the warranty on the labor.I had to call Appliance King several times to attain a receipt. I have not received the warranty. I have called and emailed the company (Appliance King) at least six times asking for the warranty. I am always told the same "****** has to send the warranty and they will contact him". ****** is the technician. Appliance King has verified my e mail address numerous times. I know they have my correct e mail address, they finally e mailed me my receipt. Can you help me receive the warranty?Customer response
