In 2023 I took my f150 to 4 wheel drive for some work. They fixed the problem. Come Feb of 2024 started having an issue again with truck so took it back to them since they had done work and was under warranty. They took apart again and found a part they replaced had broken so they fixed that part put truck back together and I went to pick up. When I pick truck up it was smoking really bad and leaking oil. The next day I took truck back to them since it was leaking and smoking and they said it was a part that was leaking. They had truck for about another week or two and then said they refuse to pay the price on the part that was broken even though they are the ones who broken it. I needed truck back as they had for about a month and half and I had planned and already paid for camping trips. I called them and advised I would be over to just pick it up since they refused to fix. Following night took to *********************** who checked it over and advised they had broken the part and tried to glue/weld back together and after more checking over stuff, found also the dip stick had been broken and glued back together. *********************** has now fix truck with no problems. We had to pay them $750 for the work that 4 wheel drive messed up. I have sent demand letter asking for payment or letter saying they won't pay and I will file in small claims court but haven't received anything. Just looking for reimbursement for their shady work.Customer response
