Do not take your vehicle to this place its a big waste of time I have been using them for my fleet vehicles for over four years they have fixed five vehicles for me with transmission issues but the last one is a **** Transit Connect its been back seven times in the past year leaking all over the place from where the transmission was installed in and from the transmission now its back in there and theyre telling me its out of warranty so the quality of your work for rebuilding a transmission is only 12 months old? So me spending $2,900 cash to have you rebuild my transmission a year ago was just a waste of my money? ?This truck was sitting for six months at my office parking lot with no one in it It has only been used for the past five months so your work is only worth five months before it falls apart? If you dont make this right I will be sending all 30 of my trucks to your competitor Speedy Transmission down the street in the future. If necessary I will have my business attorneys from ************************************* get involved if you think this is just an empty vague statement try me. ????Your competitor down the street gives a two years warranty and the quality of his work is way better and they actually communicate with their customers. ?Stay away from this place stay far away dont waste your money. I hope the owner of this place is reading this and realizes that this is very very bad business practice. This place goes through managers at least once a year and you can never get a straight answer from anybody. Also not to mention that its been there for a week and I have an employee sitting out not working he is about to quit on my company lost revenue etc. etc. and I find out today that they are claiming its out of warranty by me calling them instead of somebody calling me and its been in there for a week. ??

They have my car for 2 months and I paid **** in cash and loans and the car transmission failed within 200 miles and now they are saying that the work is not covered and want me to give them **** more on top of it and been feeding me a lot of b.s. and stalling

Ruined my car while so called fixing my transmission $***** however was quoted first it would $*****. Car at their place for 2 weeks picked up truck tires low car screeching after leaving advanced auto, Damaged windshield fluid and my electrical system and to make matters worse I have transmission leak. found out had nail in one tire and stem broke in another. When picked my car up from them first time there I had my car towed to advanced transmission I googled transmission shop near me. place is a dump cars all over and mine was in the mud. They ruined my truck I am stuck with ***** bill that I am sure they over charged and now I am needed to pay over ** in repairs on top of the loan shark financing snap financing of $***** from what this place did by unprofessionally ruining my car by over charging me for a transmission. Mark, Josh and Sara who works at this place and I believe mark is the owner said to me to get my head out my ass when I explained to him my issues, Josh said they weren't responsible for any of the issues. As I talked to Sara about the bill they charged me and all the other issues after I picked up my car all she said was we have mouths to feed and I have six kids. These people are deceiving, unscrupulous, dishonest and con artist. They have ruined me financially!
