We purchased a **** ******** ***** **** pickup truck a little over a month ago from Dealers’ Club. We just made the first payment February the 28th and these are all the issues we have had with the truck so far. 6 days after getting the truck, it was already in the shop. We were informed that all 4 tire faulty sensors had to be replaced along with a front alignment. Then we found out the same day that the Catalytic Converter was bad and needed to be replace. We call the Dealers’ Club and they told us to bring the truck back in because they would replace it cheaper.. (NOT FREE) after talking about it we had determined since the truck had a good inspection sticker, which this truck should have never passed we didn’t trust them to do anymore work on the vehicle. Since then, granted by now it has ONLY been three weeks we had to get the Catalytic Converter replaced, 8 spark plugs due to misfiring, 4 o2 censor’s and new muffler. Now three days ago we broke down again now we find out the 2 tire wheel bearings need to be replaced. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED……. Now tell me how this vehicle had a good inspection sticker??Review from Sarah T

First time buyer here. I bought a used **** ******** **** from this dealership. I noticed broken window switches immediately and the seat motor would also not reverse. Otherwise the car was clean and everything I wanted. I explained the things I noticed and asked if they could drop the price because of the issues. They claimed they could not due to their agreement with ****** (sounded like bull to me), however they could fix the issues at a reduced rate if I wanted to come back. I live in Richmond 1hr 30mins away. I agreed, however, I was not forewarned about purchasing a warranty. Two days of driving the car, it dies while I'm driving. I reached out to the dealership multiple times and they explained that since I didn't have a warranty there was nothing they could do on their end besides offer to fix it up there for a reduced-rate. I agreed to bring it up there and asked when would be best. They kept saying they would have a manager get back to me and they never do. I would not trust this dealership, they seem friendly, but it's pretty shady.
