      I am deeply dissatisfied with the recent experience I had at the veterinary clinic and would give zero stars if possible. Approximately two weeks ago, I brought my elderly dog, ****, in for a breathing issue, along with inquiring about teeth cleaning due to her unpleasant breath. The initial estimate provided by the vet was around $400.Upon receiving a revised quote from an associate, who accommodated my preferences by excluding some optional services, the final cost was expected to be under $400. However, my recent visit left me with a sense of frustration and disappointment.Taking an elderly dog in for a procedure involving anesthesia is inherently stressful, and the check-in process only added to my anxiety. I was handed two documents: one detailing the quote, which I carefully reviewed and declined additional services, and another containing ****** vaccinations, valid until the end of March. Unfortunately, the associate failed to review the vaccination document with me, and I initialed it, assuming it was related to the procedure. Regrettably, I did not inquire further at the time due to my concern for my dog's well-being.To my surprise, I later discovered that I had inadvertently signed off on four additional procedures scheduled for two months later. I question the practice of offering vaccinations prematurely and not thoroughly reviewing all documents with customers, especially during stressful times. This lack of clarity resulted in a final bill that exceeded my expectations by $150.Upon expressing my concerns to the office manager, I requested a discount for the inadvertently approved procedures. Unfortunately, no counter offer was provided. I strongly believe that offering services ahead of schedule, especially in stressful situations, is an unprofessional practice. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others, emphasizing the importance of not assuming anything during veterinary procedures.

      Please avoid this horrible vet at all costs !!! They ran up nearly $500 in unnecessary tests on my dying cat less than 24 hours before she passed away. They truly enjoy taking advantage of people in their most vulnerable moment. I called to complain right afterwards and could not get a response back from management. Please do not take your loved one here !! They only care about making money , not your pet !!! ( Less than a 1 star review )

      So, I didn't even get to the appointment part, but I'm so disgusted with how the interaction went with the lady at the front desk that I wanted to leave a review. Her name is Faith. I'm basically looking for a vet to go to for xrays for my cat since the mobile vet that I use doesn't offer that service. So, I first called to get prices, but then also wanted to visit the vet office myself beforehand to see the facility and get a chance to actually talk to some of the staff in person. When I got there, it was this same lady that I talked to on the phone. She answered my questions at first, but wouldn't give me a straight answer about being able to talk to the vet during the appointment. Basically, I am disabled and would be having a friend bring my cat for me, without me being present. (It was clear that she could see that I was disabled because I came with a friend who drove me, and I had a walker). I asked if I could be on the phone on speaker phone during the visit to be able to explain what's going on with my pet and be able to ask questions while he or she is examining my cat, just like you would do if you were actually in the exam room. She kept dodging my question and acted like she didn't understand what I was asking. She then went in the back to ask someone something, but came out without still really answering my question. I rephrased it several times, and she just said she could ask the vet later, if I make the appointment, but kept repeating the fact that the vet could call me afterwards. Which was not what I was asking about. It was the most awkward encounter. I specifically wanted to know if they would accommodate my situation and it was clear that she had no desire to understand where I was coming from or make the effort to actually ask the right person the appropriate questions. I will definitely not be going here if this is how they treat people. I stopped by 2 other vet offices to also visit and speak with staff and none of them treated me this way or had any issues with me being able to converse with the vet this way during the exam visit. I suggest if you're looking for a new vet, you look elsewhere.
