On December 6, 2023, I called Professional Auto Glass to repair a broken passenger window caused by a burglary. They arrived on the same date listed above to my workplace at **************************************, I gave the technician that arrived in the company vehicle my car keys and directions to where my vehicle was located in the parking lot. I advised that he can give my keys to the front desk officer, for I had to lead a meeting. I came to my car to discover that the window was not repaired and my driver's door and passenger front door lock was broken. My doors are now exposed and unable to lock on the outside, but when I am inside the driver seat, it locks. Now I must let down my window, let my hand out the window to open the door. This was not the problem originally. I had just left my vehicle prior to my meeting and I didn't have any problems. I just arrived to work two hrs ago, prior to the technician arrival, and again, no problem with my lock. My only problem was the broken window due to a burglary. But now I am unable to lock my doors after the technician removed the door panel on my car. I reached out to the business requesting they fix the matter and they hung up on me, told me that was the problem before they came. If that's the case, I wouldn't have needed to give my keys. I want them to pay me for the problem. This is not a trustworthy company. They need to be investigated.
