I purchased a 2011 chevy Impala from Ray's Auto ***********. When I went to pick vehicle in the sales person said vehicle had been inspected and everything works. When I picked up the car it had to be jumped. The heat and air did not work, the radio did not work, the car is making grinding noise and a piece is hanging from the bottom front that scraps the ground ..all unsafe issues and I have teenager that I take to school and dance class. I have called numerous times within the first day, to week and before end of month, the salesperson ****** **** attempted to steal my deposit money which he had me to cash app him , I have copy of cashapp transaction. The owner has medical issues and not in right state of mind to conduct business, he refuse to allow me trade car or return my down payment of 1500.00. He wants me to bring car back for service and offer no loaner car and could not give estimate on how long to have car fixed. Very unprofessional. I want my money back or trade. The car sales is for about 5,000 including taxes and tags.Business response
