On 7/29/2014 paid $3550.00 for Daikin Ductless AC unit with 12 year parts and labor. The unit has never successfully worked for more than 3 months since purchase. Beginning in 2019, the issue apparently is about some sort of freon(?) leak. After refilling it, the tech would say could not find a leak source. It would work for a few months then stop. Last August, after two more summer visits, a tech said he needed a new part and it would be in in two weeks. In October, contacted *******, head of Daiken service there, he said supply issues but maybe they would just replace unit. Followed up two weeks later, ******* offered to just refill it again - never showed. 2022 - Have called numerous times. Was told their records indicated the unit was replaced. When I said "no", ******* said they could come out next week. Never showed. This week - Left ******* a VM. Left David Cundiff a VM. No one will return my calls.Business response
