Had dentures made at Aspen Dental, Roanoke Virginia. After receiving my new dentures within a weeks time, top front tooth fell out while I was eating a thin pretzel. Called aspen dental they said come in for repair. I dropped the top dentures off for for repair. Picked them up and within 24 hours same tooth fell out again. 2 time now!! Called again brought them in for repair. Again went and picked them up. Here we are again within a week for the 3rd time fell out again during the night while I was sleeping. I'm paying 2600.00 for dentures I can't use. I'm on a fixed income paying out of pocket. I don't drive due to other health reasons and rely on others for transportation. I live 1 1/2 hours away. It's a inconvenience to my self and others. Will not recommend Apsen dental to anyone.Review from Frank E

I visited the office at Aspen Dental on ******** ** ******* **, in may, june and july 2023. they said i needed a deep cleaning, crowns, root canals, teeth repair and bridges. about $10,000 worth. i had no insurance (retired). i had them to do some of the work (about $2500). one of the teeth they repaired broke this week (nov 2023). they didnt explain warranty. i called them, and in order for them to fix tooth, i had to pay $97 for an exam, then get another appt to fix tooth. they would not tell me how much the cost would be. i refused to go alone with them on this, so i am walking around with a broken front upper tooth. by the way, since they done the deep cleaning on my teeth, a lot of my good teeth ack. would not recommend them to any body. I had dentures made at this location, and by the time they made all the adjustments they were out of warranty, they said i had to wait until my gums healed then they could put in a soft liner, then eating one chicken strip from ********* they fell out i called aspen and told them they said they needed another soft liner days after i picked them up and they said one more soft liner would fix them, it did not they then brought me in and ground down a imperfection on my gums it still occurred then they said a hard liner would work Not So by this time it was after six months which is the warranty on new dentures, by the way i paid $2948 in two years which saved me in finance charges, they never made them right agreed upon by two reputable dentists in Salem, VirginiaReview from Sharlett P

I HAD AN APPOINTMENT 11/28/22 TO HAVE MY TEETH CLEANED , ON MY APPOINTMENT DATE , I WAS TOLD ASPEN DENTAL DOES NOT ACCEPT ANTHEM COMPLETE DENTAL , FOUND OUT THEY DO EXCEPT MY INSURANCE HAD TO RESCHEDULE 03/02/23 THE IN-NETWORK PROVIDER WITH ASPEN IS SHIRVIA *****. THE FRONT DESK GUY JARED SHOULD HAD KNOWN THIS BUT WOULD NOT REGISTER ME IN. I DID CONTACT ASPEN DENTAL AND MADE A COMPLAINT -- JUST THIS MORNING 01/19/23 MY HUSBAND HAD HIS CLEANING APPOINTMENT @ 9AM WAS TOLD WHEN HE ARRIVED , THAT THE COMFIRMATION I CONFIRMED VIA EMAIL THAT ASPEN SENT TO ME THRU MY EMAIL WAS NOT EXCEPTABLE , THAT IT HAD TO BE A VERBAL COMFIRMATION , SO THEY WOULD NOT SEE HIM AND RESCHEDULED -- THE FRONT DESK PERSON / JARED IS THE SAME ONE THAT REFUSED ME , NOW MY HUSBAND , WE ARE NEW PATIENTS. WE HAVE EXPERIENCED ONLY REJECTIONS TO BE SEEN FOR BOGUS REASONS - I WANT THIS COMPLAINT TO BE FILED AGAINST THIS COMPANY . ASPEN DENTAL / VALLEY VIEW - ROANOKE VA DOES NOT HAVE THEIR ACT TOGETHER AND NEEDS TO HAVE THEIR BBB VOIDED
