OMG, I wish I would have read the reviews below. Horrible mistake, horrible manager , they are not Corporate, so this no-accountability Owner of a Franchise for the entire Roanoke area with bad service, and you have no recourse because they're a Franchise. (Well, let me get a list of stores that are franchises so that I can not go to them) Because of the silly BS loophole of being a Franchise, this allows you to not be accountable, and to be a **** about it during the process of denying responsibility?? I bought over the phone because of the pandemic and scheduling issues. I bought directly from the store, instead of online, figuring as a low-income USMC Veteran, I might be more protected in such a major purchase for me, to do business locally, for accountability purposes. Boy, was I wrong. I asked the salesman Darryl ( who went on and on about his honorable credentials ) if the one in the show room looked just like the one in the picture online from their own website, he said yes: He Lied. There are chunks of wood removed in 3 places on the top of the dresser, that was not in the picture they used to sell this with, it's for design 'effect' purposes, done randomly on the top, no set size or location, but none to my liking, and I felt a "Bait-and-Switch" had been pulled on me. There were other splintered chunks of wood missing, too, and staining and finishing issues, etc. (Because the Dock Mgr. said they all look alike) so I wanted my money back. I called in and got the run around on the phones, and finally got the salesman, who, after I revealed the damage and that this was not what I bought, his first response was " I TOLD YOU TO BUY THE WARRANTY!!!"( I did not buy it because if you move in 5 years, it's voided.) Before I bought it, he preached for ten minutes, literally, over the phone about the warranty., which, in this case, would have me wait for a technician, who'd then order a new one, and wait for months for it to get here, and it could Still be wrong, and thereby, repeat the process. No thanks. Even after he was combining the 99 dollar warranty and the normally $200 delivery charge all for just $200 more, the warranty had holes in it, to protect them. They want to charge me a 20% of $538. for a restocking fee, yet they took it out of the box, when I returned it to the loading dock, and then they threw away the box - that's not restocking!!! Which means it is now probably a floor model, yet they want to charge me $107. for Not doing business with them. These guys are Crooks, Liars and Thieves. They sell improperly made furniture made out of our country, and then when you pick it up and take it home yourself, (because they'll make you wait for two months to get it delivered) and when you find out they sold you a different design than you bought, and then they are Still being a **** to you? Your just low rate crooks.

We received our couch and it was severely damaged. We were told there was nothing they could do except for is to pay $120 to get a repair man to fix it. We spent ALOT of money as do many on this furniture and to get it in such horrible condition and no offer for a refund or exchange is completely messed up. Awful business.
