      Ordered January 26. Was told 8 to 10 weeks or sooner. False advertising. Now been over 4 months and parts delusional delivery is always the same excuse. How can you have such a crummy supply chain right now. I feel scammed.

      A-15M 6.5 Grendel Complete Upper was ordered, payment in full, on 7/25/23. Oder number *****. Despite many emails over the months, telling me it's almost done, waiting for 1 part, shipment due any day, etc. I still have not received the order. If this business actually sells uppers it is inconceivable that they have no parts for months on end.

      Jan 24th 2024 I ordered a barrel but never received product and I can not get a hold of the company for refund or just general questions. I'm requesting full refund of $745.25

      On 1/20/2023 I ordered a 450 Bushmaster complete upper build, for the total price of $791.96. I was told over the phone that the order would be completed by Mid April 2023. I emailed the company on 4/17/2023. I received a response that they would start making my order the next week. On 5/10/2023 I again emailed the company. I received a response that they were waiting on parts to complete my order. On 6/9/2023 I again emailed the company and I was told my order would ship out on the week of 6/19/2023. On 7/11/2023 I again emailed the company and I was told they were still waiting on parts. On 7/25/2023 I again emailed the company and I was told I would definitely have my order by September. On August 30, 2023 I received an email from the company stating they would have the parts in a week and send my order out. On 10/12/2023 I again emailed the company and they responded that they would check with the builders to see what the delay is. To date, I have had no further response and no product that I ordered. My order number is: *****

      I ordered a stainless 10" barrel and nickel boron BCG, for a 12.7x42mm pistol on January 19th of 2023. Atheris listed the combo on it's website as 'in stock ' and 'on sale '. This typically implies a surplus. After receiving no confirmation, or any other information for over a week, I contacted the company. I was told that the items were on backorder. There was no indication of a backorder, delay, lead time, or supply chain issue posted anywhere on their website. I have contacted Atheris multiple times since. It is now June 16th of 2023. In the interim, I have learned that Atheris doesn't manufacture their parts. They are made by others. The parts, which are STILL listed as in stock and on sale, are not available. After a few months, I finally received the barrel. However, there has been a series of excuses regarding the availability of the BCG. I was told that the company which makes them suffered an equipment failure. I received multiple assurances that they were on the way. Adding to my growing disillusionment, was the fact that I had to reach out to them each time. In each instance no one emailed saying 'good news, we have an update ', I had to write them to receive one. This culminated in my sending an exasperated email to the owner of Atheris, demanding that he either refund my money, or send the BCG. I informed him I was willing to contact the Better Business Bureau, and look into any available legal recourse. I received both an email and a voicemail from the owner, assuring me that the BCG was being shipped to them, from the supplier, arriving on Friday, the 16th of June 2023. I was told it would 'definitely' be sent to me on the same day. I said this would be fine, and requested that a tracking number be provided, to which the owner replied 'absolutely'. I was assured that I would receive the number via email by the afternoon of Friday the 16th. It is now Friday, June 16th, 2023, 7:15pm. No email. no response to my "Tracking number?" email.

      Awful business. They didn't send the upper in a timely manner. It took 2 years for me to get what I ordered, they kept blaming different parts delays and saying 2 or 3 more weeks. Then they said if we don't get it out by this date, we'll send you a 10% refund. I never got that. Then when I finally got the rifle upper, it wasn't the color they promised to cerakote it, and they blamed a person saying she never documented anything and they fired her, but it was the same person who was talking to me from email signatures. This company should be shut down

      I ordered two charging handles from Atheris rifle on 10/29/22. They were finally shipped on 4/27/23. They were not what I ordered. They substituted inferior quality product made by ****** *******. The invoice "order *****" has a picture of what I ordered. The second document is a picture of the product mfg by ****** *******, which is substantially inferior.

      7/17/2022 I placed an order with Atheris Rifle for a barrel to be made for a rifle. The price I paid was $354.99. ******** the customer service rep kept in contact with me about the order. Initially I was to wait 2 weeks. It’s been almost eight months and no reply about the status of the order or a refund. I would like either a refund or my item. I have all the emails and order confirmations until the date I stopped hearing about my order.

      Purchased an upper receiver from company. After purchase there was no communication from company for several days, i contacted the company several times to find out what was going on with my order. After a period of time i finally received information from the company that they has and excessively long lead time on the item, 3 months. I communicated to them that when i needed the item and that they could cancel the order. My communications to them were prompt and the lead time they told me about after the putchase was no where to be found on their website. They then only refunded me 85% of my order, keeping 15%.

      I ordered a complete upper 18 months ago when on website said in stock. After 5 months never hearing a thing i reached out and received generic we are working on it responses. We went back and forth for a month finally got answers since then i have been promised 8 different shipping times all which didnt happen. 4 weeks ago they said they had on order on there desk and were shipping it friday. 4 weeks later havent recieved it, tried calling 7 times no answer and answering machine full. I have been nothing be respectable with dealing with them. Yet took my money 18 months ago and never gave discount or any customer service. Here i am still no upper
