I've stayed at this motel many a times simply because it isn't as decent location to some stores and everything but the places it's trashed the there's one guy that works at the front desk who is very rude he has no customer service skills he cusses people he talks to him like they're scum he wants to charge people a $20 early check-in fee but it's got to be $20 cash so he can pocket it that place is nothing but a scam I've had many I stayed in many rooms where there was trash everywhere there was no sheets on beds there was in the lamp the lamps were missing light bulbs I just stayed there September 5th 2024 and made a reservation for September 6th through the 7th 2024 and had to pay this early check-in fee and then get to the room and it's not been cleaned I opened the drawer to the desk and there's a dirty needle and trash all in the drawer I take it to the front desk guy and so and he loses his mind he starts cussing me and my friend and tells us we can vacate the room but he's not going to refund us our money that is completely absurd he's continued to cuss us he continued to come and provoke the situation further as I was on the phone with the third party that we booked through the third party we booked through can't get us a refund either because he's already processed it so we're still charged with the room at this point that we can't even stay in we don't want to stay in at this point this place needs to be shut down and New Management taken over I've offered to work at this place many times and I've been profiled and turned down when I've worked for ******* ***** for quite a while I worked at the **** ******** I have the experience and all they want to do is profile people and scam them and take their money would not recommend staying at this place even though it is the cheapest around for the most part everyday their prices fluctuate you never know what you're going to pay.
