-August 1st 2022 -$2500 fully paid in advance of any work done. Invoice #**** -Trimming all trees on property up to 20feet from ground level, removing 6 small trees from back yard and front yard, removing hedges/shrubs from below front deck, removing all stubs from trees below 20feet level, removing all tree stumps, removing all of the cut limbs/shrubs/stumps and stick pile debris from property to be taken to landfill. -Job is only partially completed and the contractor quit with personal reasons/excuses. Mentioned I was not nice to him and said he had no interest in finishing the job, even after his personal situation gets resolved. There are still some more tree limbs and stubs to cut down, all of the stumps are still need to be cut down, and all of the cut limbs/stick piles need to be moved to the curb and taken to the landfill. Also movie of screenshots of all of the text messages between myself and him from July 27th till Thursday Aug 25th.] ***************************************************************************************************************************************************  -No resolution at all. keeps coming up with new excuses and delaying doing the work and now quit without refunding my remaining balance of un-worked hours. Says he will pay me back in future sometime with partial payments, without any proof or evidence of ability to make payments. I have lost trust in what he says from past experience of what he said he would do, when he would do and what he has done/behaved. Very unprofessional: On first day he worked, he left huge mess of trees cut down in my neighbor's yard and quit for the day. Did not return till five days later. Most of that mess still remains as is a whole four weeks after he cut the trees joining my and my neighbor's property down.
