The above mentioned landscaping company and I entered into an agreement to landscape my back yard on 2.9.22 for 43.783 I paid them a percentage of the project up front of $20.000. They completed a partial of the agreed project with the promise it will be finished when grass grows a little taller. Reason being because of erosion. They demanded full payment at the time, which in the interest of good faith I paid them the full amount. Since then and since this May of 2023 it has been one promise and delay after another with no results. I have tried to communicate with them without results and unresponsiveness to calls. I visited their office and all I got was once again promises. I May of this year I contacted the owner, Terry Myles and asked him to visit the property, which he did, and assured me it will be done in 2 weeks. we agreed to start our project relationship over and complete it.. To this day nothing has been completed as promised. I believe the company has simply stolen my money. If my estimation serves me right it will be around $22,000 of incomplete work with possible damages beyond that figure. I need your assistance on this matter if possible with the hope of avoiding litigation. The contract called for lighting which was not installed and completely clearing the remainder back yard and property boundaries.Initial Complaint

US Lawns needs to be reported for the way they run their business. Currently in ******* County there is a 8am noise ordinance that EVERYONE must abide by. US Lawns thinks they are above the law. They come into a tiny apartment complex at 730 am! And mow, weed whack, leaf blow, and mulch with so much noise it wakes up the neighborhood. They stand outside of windows with machines on and no one in sight to use them, just to annoy others. They sit on mowers turned on and the mower will sit on the phone, now mow, and just run the machine on high without moving. The weed whackers are damaging vehicles. Paint is being chipped off and grass is left to bake on cars and this is destruction of property. This company is A) breaking the law and no following the noise ordinance (I will call local police every single time moving forward from this) and B) destroying the property of others with no attempt to right the wrong. This company operates by breaking the law and doing whatever they want and don't care who it affects. Their work is terrible too, to boot.Business response

We have permission from the Apt. complex to be there at that time. We've been doing this for 7 years.
