I paid $2,157.24 to have my fuel pumps replaced November 30th 2023. I also had my fuel pumps replaced in March, but since it wasn't at a dealership, I didn't have a warranty. I called the same day I picked the vehicle up and left several voicemails over the course of a month but never received a return phone call. The vehicle is having the exact same issue of the check engine light coming on and the gas gauge going to empty. I am now being told it's the cluster instrument which they cannot fix. I don't understand how a dealership can perform a dignostic test, tell me it's the fuel pumps that I replaced only a few months prior, to having the EXACT same issue but it's now the cluster. It seems that the fuel pumps didn't need to be replaced to begin with and I am now out of over $2,000. I feel cheated and defeated.Review from Angela S.

My second car purchased from Berglund was not quite what I expected it would be... :( Turned out to be priced approximately 6K over value. NO WONDER I didn't get the information sheet that's normally in the automobile window. Deceptive practices. I should have checked that when I was there, but I trusted them since it was my SECOND vehicle from this location. I think they're price gouging to catch up. David ***** was a seemingly nice salesman at first, but then it all went south...unexpectedly. I didn't get what I wanted as far as the payment and that was partially my fault, (fell prey to pressure), but I don't feel like they really worked with me the way I asked from the very beginning. I even had great equity on my trade! I was very clear about my criteria. I simply trusted that they were going to do the right thing, considering that it was my 2nd time there. I do understand they're in it to make money, but what about the customer? I first went to Berglund on Franklin, and "Buddy" was trying to UPSELL me BIG TIME. They told me to come in the next day, and they would have a vehicle waiting for me that met my criteria. They even called TWO times to confirm my appointment, and I was 5 minutes away when I got the last call. I arrived at the dealership, and the car is not there! That was pretty upsetting because to me, it seemed like a bait and switch situation. I traded my car so I could get a lower car payment, but it felt like they just wanted the sale. Sell you and forget you. That's when I went to Williamson Road, thinking they were going to do the right thing, since that's where I went initially. Update: I was mailed a "Goodwill" check in the amount of $500 by a GM; which was a nobel attempt, but what a joke and a sham this business is. Always do your homework first! I usually do, but I could kick myself on this one. :(Customer Response

Update: Robbie ****** told me that he would pay me directly, the difference based on my trade and the offer previously. It was approximately over $1,000 is what he was offering. Then he tried to get me into a more expensive vehicle when all I really wanted was to get a fair deal. I am so disheartened by the treatment and trying to pull the wool over my eyes on this one.
