I made 3 separate purchases from littletykes.club totalling 287.38. purchase dates were September 15, 15 and 17th. The first and last order claimed to have shipped. The second order still says it's verifying even though I was charged for it. There is no estimated delivery date and when I contacted the company multiple times I received no response from them.Initial Complaint

I just ordered a Little Tykes Fairy cozy coup for $59.99 from little tykes club. I used a credit card. Right after I clicked submit, 4 emails came into my gmail inbox w 4 different people’s names each with the invoice I saw before I clicked submit, only this asks for the $59.99 through ****** and I had used my ****. I never use *** ***. I was suspicious that I had been scammed after I received the emails, so I researched little tykes club on line and read comments about it being a scam, I selected little tykes bc I know it’s a reputable company but little tykes club seems to be a fake company or one not connected with the original company. It shows I paid for I through ****** but, again, I never use ******.Initial Complaint

I saw an ad on Marketplace thru facebook. I was looking for a little tikes playhouse. I clicked on the ad and it took me to Little Tiles Big Play website. The prices were cheaper than I had seen anywhere. I didn't think anything about it because it had like a logo licensing at the bottom and also took payment thru ******. So I ordered the item I wanted and used my debit card to pay. So my payment didn't go thru ******. I got 2 emails. One to pay a person named ***** ****** thru ****** but I had already paid. And another email that looked like a receipt. I didnt think much but there was not a specific date for delivery. So I got to looking and went back to the website and none of the contact the seller buttons worked and there is no phone number to call. I knew at that point I had been had. And the email they gave would not pull up anything. However, There was a leave a comment box and I have sent 3 messages all of different nature and have gotten no reply. I paid $93.24 for the product and Im very sure I will not receive the item and that this is a scam. I also googled this business and now see that other people have been taken for their money. I called my bank and the payment already came out of my account so the bank could not do anything. Also ****** has no record of the sale either. Very upset with this whole ordeal! Someone needs to shut these people down!Initial Complaint

On Feb. 16, 2023, I ordered a Little Tikes sandbox. One month later it has not arrived at my granddaughter's house in ********. I have checked several times and the site has said it shipped. I am now seeing on the internet that it may have been a scam. I signed up for a Little Tikes club for a discount on this purchase--guess it was too good to be true. The receipt says "to huangzhen" though the club logo was just like Little Tikes. I should have realized it was not Little Tikes. The amount was $24.89 and the receipt number is *****************. I paid through PayPal but am having trouble filing a complaint with them, too. Item number is *********************************. Thank you.Initial Complaint

This morning I was looking for after Christmas sales , as I wanted to purchase a toy box for my great grandson. I went to this website , *****************************. It is fake . I purchased a toy box and my paypal receipt had the recipient listed as " Merchant ***** * **** **********************. I never received a confirmation of purchase , there is no phone number on their website , and the address goes to Little Tikes . I contacted Little Tike , and they advised me this is a fake scammer site, they do NOT sell to public , you have to purchase from a retailer . As of this moment , no money has left my bank account . I try to be a very careful person , as I am a senior and try to use caution . This website looks legit . Please shut them down . Thank you , my bank and Paypal are watching but, until they remove funds , there is nothing to be done. I did write them , and let them know I know they are a fraud and told them to cancel that transaction . Thank you so much for your assistance. On March 19, 2022 I ordered items from little tikes off of Facebook. I paid with PayPal. The total was $51.98. It was debited from my bank. I never received a confirmation or a tracking number. I emailed the address on the website. The website claims to send confirmation and tracking number within days and ship within 7-14days. I never received a response. I contacted PayPal and told them I thought it was a scam for said reasons. I cancelled my card. PayPal contacted the seller and a tracking number appeared. It was from Fort Collins CO not Roanoke VA as listed on site. It was mailed on April 18, 2022 and supposedly delivered in/at my mailbox on April 24, 2022. There was no package. I notified the post office. They said it was a 4oz package that was delivered. The items I ordered would not fit in my mailbox and would weigh more than 4 oz. The post office said it probably was a wrong tracking number. I contacted seller and said I never received any package. PayPal refused to refund b/c of the fake tracking number and delivery. My bank also refused a refund for the same reason. Is there any way to be refunded from this scammer(s)? Are they going to win? I am not only out money but never received any items. This is my first and hopefully last time I fall victim to a scam. I hope this reaches who it needs to and no one else falls victim. The website looked legit.Initial Complaint

On march 22, 2022 I spent $71.97 on the littletikes.club website. I bought a shop and learn play set and an accessory for it. I never received an email acknowledgment of the purchase and became suspicious. I used PayPal, and the business name they sent the money to was a ******** ****. I never received any product. I disputed with PayPal, and he provided a fake tracking to them. It stated an “envelope” was left at the mailbox. It would have been a large box that would have been delivered to the door, and there is no way he would have sent such a large package ****. The tracking number provided was ********************** And was only provided once a dispute was filed. Also, none of their contact information is validInitial Complaint

I thought I was ordering a bed for my son from the official ****** *****. Website looked legit. As soon as I paid, I received a notification that I paid an individual in California. This is definitely not legit. I have contacted ******, as well.Initial Complaint

Website appears to be scam. No response from vendor or emails for item purchased. They used PayPal guest account to get our payment. Item never came or any indication of when or if it will be shipped or even a confirmation of the order.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction: 11/25/21 Amt $25.89 Also charged me for 2. Total bill 51.78. Purchase made today and pending purchase listed for Friday Nov. 26th (unauthorized purchase) Purchased a little tikes trampoline. Site wanted to use my PayPal account but I do not have one. Paid by credit card. It also asked for my dob, which I provided. Did not get a confirmation email or order number.
